Really dont understand how there is bad reviews as my experience has been 5* from start to finish..i had trouble doing my impressions to which i got an email the same day explaining in detail how to take the impression.from sending my impression to getting them it was no more than 14days.had follow up conversations once recieved veneers to not to hesitate to get in touch if was slightly not right as they'd fix but wasnt neccessary as they have been perfect.ordering my bottom arch this week.can i also just say that the reps are also great and can message them for info all the way through the process and are genuinely happy to see you happy with your new smile.

Secret veneers I would highly recommend them , they are so professional when you purchase them online to keep you Updated on your delivery. I couldn’t imagine my life without them, I get so many compliments on a night out on how straight and white they are people can’t get over they are clip ins cause they look so real! Best decision and money well spent!!

Love my Secret Veneers! The customer service I received was excellent and received my Veneers within 3 weeks of them receiving my impressions. I got mine for my best friends wedding as i was bridesmaid and ive never looked back. That was over a year ago and ive never stopped smiling since. The confidence i gained was amazing! I cant thanks the secret veneers team enough!!!! I received my veneers today and oh my god .. I haven't smiled in 5 years and now I cant stop !! My husband cant believe it!!! The team at secret veneers kept in constant contact with me through the whole process . Initially when I sent my impressions to the lab they weren't 100% sure if id be viable for veneers, they told me straight away- this was because I had some gaps. The put my mind at rest and said id receive a refund if they couldn't be made. Thankfully the team worked very hard to make the veneers the perfect fit . Don't be put off by few negative posts on here .. veneers are custom made and once they've been made you physically cant have a refund ... you wouldn't take used underwear back to a shop for a refund would you? The impression process can take sometime , especially if the impressions aren't good enough. This is not their fault but they send new kits free of charge when this happens! Always read all of the information before signing it , if your worried email the team. They are very friendly ! You've made all my dreams come true - thank you x

Thank you thank you thank you!!! Absolutely in love with my new veneers , great customer service / communication . My impression kit came within days !! I did have to retake my impressions as I dragged the material but I thats just part of the process. I can’t thank the team enough !

Got my veneers today and absolutely love them. Customer service was amazing and always got back to me straight away when ever I had a question. Arrived in the time slot given. Can't stop smiling with them.

Appalling service. Company unable to provide product paid for on 30 July. Still awaiting refund and company ignores my emails. Agree with what has been said by other recent reviewers.
