Secret Compass is a highly recommended seller! From start to finish, the entire experience was smooth and professional. Communication was clear and prompt, shipping was secure and timely, and the item arrived exactly as described - carefully packaged and in perfect condition. I truly appreciate the outstanding service. Thank you again! 😊

I've recently purchased Gandalf's staff from the Hobbit from Secret Compass and all I can say is that Shane has the tenacity to see orders through despite being assaulted by overwhelmingly bad luck. I live in the UK and the package was sent overseas via DHL which carried considerable a shipping cost. DHL failed to contact me about a customs charge despite having the correct contact information and they sent the staff back to Secret Compass after a holding it for a week, charging SC for the return, on top. Shane from SC resent the staff despite suffering a major financial loss. Whatever it is you're thinking of buying from Secret Compass, rest assured that they will go out of their way to fulfill your order! Being nice to your customers is one thing, but my experience proves that SC will have your back should anything go wrong and they will see things through to the end with you. If you're smart then you don't judge people based on the grandeur of their deeds but by the adversities they overcome, and Shane from Sectet Compass is a great example of what real customer care looks like! Highly recommend!

Fantastic company! Shane at Secret Compass has been very professional, super easy to deal with and their rates are excellent. International shipping has been much more efficient than other suppliers we have dealt with, we will only use Secret Compass for our collectables for now on!

Its always a toss up when purchasing online. Sometimes you can have an awesome experience, and other times in can be a complete nightmare to get what you paid for. I can say that this experience with secretcompassonline.com was stellar. I bought an item via ebay from them and they quickly shipped it with verifiable tracking. It arrived on time, well packed and in pristine condition. I am so happy with my purchase, I would certainly buy from them again!

I had an excellent experience with Secret Compass from start to finish. I exchanged many emails with Shane before placing my order and he was always incredibly helpful, responsive and honest. Buying a high-end collectible from thousands of miles away can be stressful, but he made the whole process very reassuring. The communication throughout the entire process was fantastic. The item was perfectly packed and shipped quickly to France, and everything arrived safely despite the very large and fragile shipment. What really stands out is their passion for collectibles and for the worlds we all love as fans. It truly feels like you’re dealing with people who care about collectors and not just about selling products. I’m extremely grateful for their help and professionalism and I would absolutely recommend Secret Compass to any collector. I will definitely buy from them again in the future to continue growing my collection.
