The Prime 1 Limited Joker Bust came in pristine condition. Shipping took a few months but Shane was always more than happy to give updates on it. Would definitely buy from Secret Compass again. Thanks Shane!

Ordered a big ticket item and after a couple weeks of no movement on the shipping I reached out. They told me that the item appeared to be lost in post and that they filed a claim. I went ahead and requested a refund at that point and they issued it immediately. They even asked me if there was anything else I may be interested in and they were willing to offer a discount. I've dealt with other sellers who take forever to to messge back (months) or try to refuse refunds for items never delivered. Didn't have that here. Secret Compass was great and because of their service I will keep them in mind for future purchases. Shame this one didn't work out.

I've been purchasing items from Secret Compass for some time without issue! Shane and his team rock, they get back to your inquiries quickly, and ship out your orders items fast. I've never had issues. Just recently ordered and received the PCS Gozer 1/4 scale, and let me say it is amazing! The new set up with the Weta Mini Epics Ghostbusters collection is solid!!
