Hi Trey, We reviewed your order and found that the email entered when the order was submitted was incorrect. Instead of [email protected], the order was submitted with [email protected]. Because that email address does not exist, all automated updates from our system were blocked and bounced back. The mail server returned this error: “Address not found — 550 5.1.1 The email account that you tried to reach does not exist.” That is why your order lookup and communication were not working properly. Now that we identified the issue, we are able to proceed and update the correct contact information. We completely understand wanting an update, and we are happy to help, but we do not believe a 1-star review is fair when the communication issue was caused by the wrong email being entered at checkout. Your device was not ignored — our system simply could not reach the email address that was provided. We are now moving forward with the order and will provide updates to the correct email address.

You’re making very serious accusations, but you didn’t provide an order number, name, email, phone number, or anything we can use to identify your order. We cannot “steal” a phone we can’t even look up. If you actually want this resolved, send the order details instead of posting accusations online with zero information attached. Also, an iCloud-locked phone is not the same as a fully usable device. That is exactly why the offer was changed and why you were given the option to accept the revised offer or have the device returned. We’re more than willing to look into this, but we need basic order information. Until then, calling this “theft” while refusing or failing to provide identifying details is misleading and unfair.

We’re sorry to hear this, but we can’t look into an order with no order number or identifying information provided. Please reply with your order number, the name on the order, or the email used when submitting the device so we can actually locate your shipment and review the status. Posting “no payment, no response” without giving us the basic info needed to find your order doesn’t allow us to help. Send the order details and we’ll check it.

Hi Chloe, We’ve reviewed your order (SCH-22600) and need to clarify a key point your review leaves out. Your device arrived with Find My iPhone (FMI) still enabled, which prevents processing and significantly affects the device’s value. You indicated that this issue had been resolved, but upon inspection, it was not removed. As stated in our terms, when a device arrives in a different condition than described, a revised offer is issued. That is exactly what happened here. The “48-hour payout” applies only once a device passes inspection in the condition it was originally quoted in. When issues like FMI are still active, the order cannot proceed normally and requires additional handling, which is why there was a delay. There has been nothing misleading about this process, and your device has not been mishandled. We followed standard procedure based on the condition it was received in. Hi Bill, We attempted to email you multiple times but didnt get a response. please check your email. The device you sent us was not cleared and we need it wiped out from your icloud before it can be processed.
