Unprofessional
We arranged a valuation with Sebastian Roche on the Friday. A representative visited but he was new to the area and didn't know what value to give the house so said he'd discuss with his colleagues on Monday and be in touch. We never heard back! Very unprofessional and complete time wasters. Plenty of competition in the area so go elsewhere.
