These guys deliver wha they promise promptly, are there to help if you need guidance, and switched out a part for me that wasn’t going to work with my configuration quickly. They’re great!

Customer service: I purchased the water maker kit about a year ago, but I added solar and a new inverter/charger before I started installing the watermaker. I tried to connect the hose between the two RO filters, but it was not long enough. When I called to ask about it the person claimed it would work. I'm an engineer and I'm telling you it wouldn't work. So I had to by a longer high pressure hose for $100 and order two strait fittings to get it set up right. During the call I looked on your website and the picture of the 40 gpm setup showed a longer hose and straight fittings!. These should have been originally included with the kit. The quality of you product looks good, but so far you customer service is lacking. I will be updating the Lagoon 42 facebook page with my experience. Hopefully that experience will be how well the unit runs once I get it in service.

Sales person was super friendly and knowledgeable, sold me what I needed and did not try to sneak in extra stuff as an upscale. I was recommended by a friend and I’ll do the same now that I see that they are the real deal.!!! Thank you Leo Avila (MDR)
