As usual great advice to tech questions and clear commercial info (client for 4 years now) I could have rated 5 stars. But some « delay » in the emails. Nothing dramatic, but when you are in an emergency situation, you get stressed waiting for a critical advice. I still advise any boater i cross to shop with you for both the good products and great service you get.

The price was good, the components arrived in good condition and appears to be good quality. However I had to reach out several times with questions and was hoping to speak with someone and that never happen, but I did receive a email with a YouTube video that didn't quite answer my question. I ended up calling my battery company who sold me my batteries 3 years ago and they got right back to me and cleared up my concerns. Either way this company sells a good quality product for a fair price and we are looking forward to getting out new unit installed.

I’m very happy with the water maker, but not a fan of the push connections — they have a tendency to leak on me, so I will be replacing them with barbed hose fittings and clamps. Overall I am quite happy with my purchase.

Appreciate the quick delivery. All the parts look good but the main box was left on our front porch and the “band” around the box had slipped, and both sides of the box were open - no staples connected!!! I don’t see any damage but was concerned.

Is this a review for UPS or FedEx ? Any of these two couriers should have never delivered this box in this condition. Should have been returned to sender.
