Working with Mike and his team at SeaWater Pro has been an outstanding experience from start to finish. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication to customer satisfaction truly stand out in the marine industry. The quality of their products is exceptional — reliable, well-engineered, and built with a clear understanding of what boat owners need. Just as impressive is their level of support — Mike and his team go above and beyond to make sure every question is answered and every installation is done right. It’s rare to find a company that combines great products with such genuine care and expertise. I highly recommend SeaWater Pro to anyone looking for dependable marine systems and top-notch service.

I should have done this sooner but I am so glad to share this with you. We bought the largest water maker they have and we put in on a small house in Great Exuma in the Bahamas. It is supposed to make 40gph and it can really crank it out. Our water comes from a well that pulls seawater from under the the island down in the rock about 75 feet down. We had horrible water for years. After getting this system our plumbing is no longer eroding, we no longer have to replace washer machine and faucet heads every year. In fact we went to the local water company that supplies the 5 gallon bottles to have it tested. Our water was so good it was off their testing charts. They told us they should be buying their water from us. The only issues we have ever had was user error on our parts on how to operate and maintain the system. I have been able to text and also FaceTime them when I needed a little help with what I was doing wrong. We are so very happy that they have been the solution for our little rental house in paradise.

Excellent service and excellent quality materials. seawater Pro is great value for your money. Other competitors charge a LOT more. Mike cares a lot about his customers amd always goes the extra mile to ensure they are satisfied.

I've been using Seawater pro for 5 years now. Mike build a system which I use in my home the Hope Town, Bahamas. This system is under heavy use and has performed well. Mike has been very helpful in solving my issues and getting part to me shipped within hours of a phone call. I've recommended them to everyone here on the island.

Unbelievable customer service. I've had some challenges with my install and the team at Seawater pro has been incredibly responsive and helpful, shipping parts same-day when needed. Very happy i decided to purchase my water maker from them.

I am a retired merchant mariner & harbor pilot and active charter boat captain as well as a boat owner. Sea Water Pro was recommended by other live-aboards that I know. Sea water pro has an excellent product and they guide you through the installation process. The people working at Sea Water Pro are passionate about their product and it shows! The customer service is unbelievable! If they sold cars I would buy a car from them. Very Refreshing. Faith in humanity has been restored.

Awesome customer service. I needed hoses and fittings for another manufacturer's system. They manufactured the hoses while we waited.

Had to replace multiple parts on an older system. Service was impeccable, answered the phone every time and had the answer immediately.
