This tour was informative and fun. Zach, the tour guide gave a good account of the crime stories that lace Seattle’s history and evoked real curiosity from our small group. I would recommend this tour and even more exploration after. I’m not afraid of ghosts but that Gum Wall was pretty scary!

This was a scam! Tool our money NEVER SHOWED UP!! DO NOT BOOK WITH IS COMPANY!! Want my MONEY BACK!!
Response from Seattle TerrorsMar 17, 2026
Hi Kara, we're sorry to hear you were not able to connect with your tour guide. We are not in the business of scamming anyone, and as you can see from our other reviews, we are a reputable tour company with a lot of great feedback from guests. This tour did operate as scheduled with other guests in attendance, so we aren't sure what happened here. That being said, it's unfortunate to hear of this situation and we understand your frustration. We see that you have been refunded by Viator, so we are glad this issue has been resolved. We hope you're able to join us for a tour in the future, so that we can have the chance to show you the excellent service we are known for.

My guide was GREAT— 5 ⭐️ and taught this local a lot of new lore. It would be nice to have some additional locations to go into, but I know that’s out of my guide’s control

Hi Ashley, thank you so much for the 5-star feedback! We’re glad to hear your guide taught even a local some new lore that’s always a win. We appreciate your understanding about location access and are glad the experience was still a great one. Hope to see you again on another tour!
