Hi Kara, we're sorry to hear you were not able to connect with your tour guide. We are not in the business of scamming anyone, and as you can see from our other reviews, we are a reputable tour company with a lot of great feedback from guests. This tour did operate as scheduled with other guests in attendance, so we aren't sure what happened here. That being said, it's unfortunate to hear of this situation and we understand your frustration. We see that you have been refunded by Viator, so we are glad this issue has been resolved. We hope you're able to join us for a tour in the future, so that we can have the chance to show you the excellent service we are known for.
