Hi Ryan, Thank you for sharing your feedback. As is standard across ticketing platforms, all sales through Seated are final at the time of purchase. The ticket delivery timeline is also shown during checkout and again on the confirmation page before a purchase is completed. We understand that plans can change. For AXS events, fans can list their tickets for resale even before the tickets arrive in their account, and we provide instructions on how to do this. Tickets for this event were also delivered nearly a week before the show, giving fans extra time to resell or transfer them if needed. Hi Adam, Thanks for reaching out. Sorry for the frustration here.  I definitely understand how that process could be confusing. For a bit of context... After you signed up for the waitlist, we only sent you one-time confirmation emails.  That's why there was no mechanism to "unsubscribe," because those were one-time confirmation receipts. That said, rest assured that your phone number and all associated data were fully removed from our system within hours of your customer support request.  We sent you confirmation once the deletion was complete. Hi Thomas, Thanks for the feedback, and we totally understand the frustration of missing out on a show you were excited about. For a bit of context: the notification you received was based on your preference to be alerted when artists are coming to your area. While we do power reminders for some of Bruno Mars's tours, we weren't powering the signups for these European dates, so the email you received was a general heads-up rather than early or exclusive access. For high-demand artists like this, shows can sell out very quickly once tickets are released, which is unfortunately outside of our control. For tours where Seated isn't powering the official reminder, following the artist directly on social media and signing up for their newsletter is a great way to make sure you don't miss presale codes or early-access opportunities. Thanks for sharing your experience. We can see how frustrating this was, especially when you were excited to see Khruangbin. For the Metro dates, here's what happened with the presale: When it launched at 11:00 AM, Etix (the venue's ticketing platform) had a brief technical issue where an old password was still active in their system. This caused the correct password to fail for about a minute before Etix caught and fixed it. Fans who refreshed their browser were able to get through, and all available tickets were in carts by 11:05 AM. For the other dates, the ticketing providers confirmed the password worked and that their systems experienced technical issues due to the high site traffic. We want to be transparent about our role here: Seated coordinates presale access to connect fans with tickets, but we're not connected to Etix or any venue ticketing systems. We don't control their platforms, ticket pricing, or inventory. The actual ticket sale happens entirely through the venue's chosen provider. We've passed along feedback about this password issue to help prevent it in the future. Regarding your data concerns, we take privacy seriously. If you'd like to discuss your specific data or have it removed, you can reach out to us directly at [email protected], and we'll look into your request. Seated powers presale reminders by sending fans the presale password and purchase link, but we have no direct connection with the ticketing provider, in this case, AXS. We also have no control over ticket pricing, which is set entirely by AXS and the venue. When you contacted our team about the code not working, we immediately tested it by joining the queue and entering the code we provided. The code worked successfully and unlocked access to the presale tickets as intended. After confirming the code was valid, we suggested trying a different device or browser, which is the standard recommendation when fans experience glitches with any ticketing platform. High-demand shows often cause sites like AXS and Ticketmaster to experience technical difficulties and errors that are beyond our control. For ongoing technical issues with the ticketing platform, we recommend contacting the venue and AXS directly, as they manage the purchasing system and can provide specific technical support. While we completely understand your frustration with this experience, we believe the technical difficulties you encountered were with the AXS platform rather than our presale notification service. As the messenger providing presale access, we fulfilled our role by delivering a working code and link. Our system shows that verification codes are now being successfully delivered to your current number, but since you're still not receiving them, this indicates the messages may be getting filtered by either your carrier or your device's spam protection. We've provided specific troubleshooting steps, including checking with your mobile provider about potential blocking of messages from our short code and reviewing your phone's spam filtering settings. We've also manually sent you the presale code so that you can access the Billy Strings presale.
