Pretty awful user interface. Cannot complete the form as it says I have an invalid phone number. Great stuff.

It is not a user-friendly system. I am signing up to get a presale code for concert ticket. Not to mention the to verify my phone number, it keeps saying "Phone number invalid. Please try a different one.". I have asked my Canadian friends to try as well, they either have the same situation with me, nor they have recieved none 2-step verification code of their phone. I have contacted the support in Facebook and email, Facebook support asked me to manually send an email to get a code. I sent the email, the support ask me to manually send another request asking for the code. I am having a trouble with the support team, they are complicating things, all they need to do is put my email/phone number on the list. However, they are asking me to resend a request later. It doesn't make any sense. Wasting time talking to support but never getting solid help.

The company is a scam. Seats are sold out before they even go on sale. What a joke!!!

Hey Robby. I'm sorry to hear that you had an issue getting tickets for the Dead & Company tour presale. For some context, Seated was the official partner in charge of powering the signups and distribution of unique presale codes for this tour. Unfortunately, there were far more people who signed up for tickets than there were tickets available at this venue. Additionally, the actual ticket sales were powered by Ticketmaster, not Seated, so we unfortunately didn't have any control of the final sale of tickets to fans. We wish we had more control of the entire process end-to-end so we could ensure fans like you get tickets. Sorry again that you had a bad experience.

Tried to purchase tickets on this website during a pre-sale. There were multiple different screens on which I had to enter my information, the final of which was a screen that would send a 4-digit code to my phone. The code was never sent to my phone and I missed out on my opportunity to purchase the tickets. When I reached out to customer service I received a generic form response that made it clear the support person hadn't even really read my email. I really hope this company dies out soon so I don't have to be forced to purchase tickets through their crappy system again.

Hi Derek. I'm really sorry to hear that you had a poor experience with our platform. There are multiple flags in place to make sure suspicious orders are not able to get through the platform, and unfortunately in rare scenarios real fans like yourself can get caught in those fraud filters, which prevents codes from being sent to your phone number. If you reach back out to our customer support team, we'll be sure to make it right.

My card info was also leaked immediately after I made a purchase through this site. I hardly ever use this card and it’s still in investigations, but I would suggest you beware of this company.

Hi Chris. Sorry to hear about your issue. Seated never stores any credit card information of our customers, so it's not possible for credit card information to be leaked from our website. We use Stripe to securely process all credit card transactions. Stripe is the same company that processes all transactions for large companies like Lyft, Instacart, Shopify, Kickstarter, and others. I don't see a record of your ticket purchase through Seated. If you provide more information, then we'll be able to provide more specific feedback.

Had my card info stolen the day after putting my cc in for a concert presale! I hardly use this card and keep a very close watch on all my transactions. Then because of this website, my card was shut off due to fraud!! And on top of all this, seated is going to send over the tickets to axs, when I could have just saved a step by purchasing the concert tickets through axs. What a waste of time and untrustworthy website! Never using again.

Hi Anna. Sorry to hear about your issue. It's actually not possible for your credit card information to be leaked, because Seated never stores any credit card information of our customers. We never have access to your credit card. Rather, we use Stripe to securely process all credit card transactions. Stripe is the same company that processes all transactions for large companies like Lyft, Instacart, Shopify, Kickstarter, and others. Any issue with your credit card information leaking would likely just be a coincidental timing issue, not as a result of using Seated. Very sorry to hear that happened to you.
