I had the pleasure of being assisted by Myles K.! I initially mistakenly reached out to Seated for help with a ticket purchase, and Myles kindly redirected me to the correct company, and kept in contact with me to ensure that they gave me the help I needed. When the other company failed to respond to me, Myles provided me with another way to contact them and again made sure I got the help I needed. The whole experience was awesome, and Myles went above and beyond to help me. I am seriously blown away, especially considering Seated isn’t even the company I was needing customer service from! I am extremely pleased with the help I got from Seated, and am incredibly thankful for all of Myles’s help!

Myles helped me find the appropriate resources to get my ticket issues resolved. He found the correct support and helped me find the right solution. Oh did I mention I didn't even purchase through Seated? He went above and beyond even though I wasn't a customer! Amazing service.
