Sketchy company. Spoke to sales over chat they confirmed they had the parts and would send them sooner if I gave them credit card over the chat. Then they called me during the chat and said it was the bank confirming the transaction - it wasn't the bank it was them. They said I couldn't use paypal and had to give them a CC. I told the sales guy over chat this was sketchy and just ended the chat and ordered the part in the site - my fridge is old and they were only place on the internet claiming they still had the parts I needed. I was desperate. After the payment. They sent me emails saying that all the parts were unavailable. I got my $ back. but they are sketchy. And chat guy was lying about stock. And payment options. then the sketchy phone call from them claiming they were my bank. Be careful

I wrote about my plight with Sears not getting my microwave fixed, or getting a new one. I have a warranty. The answer that Sears gave was a telephone number I have and it’s the same old thing, you don’t get to talk to a human being. I am so frustrated. I’m 88 years old and have to climb up a ladder (most dangerous for me) to turn on the power just so the vent would work at least, when nothing else works. Then again to turn it off. What is wrong with Sears? This has been going on since September.

Ordered a part with expected delivery of next day. Now status still shows processing. No phone number. Tried chat support 3x and I am told to hold while they look into the matter and then I am disconnected. I would never do business with this company again. Beware.

I’ve had a water filter subscription with Sears for about 10 years. On September 11, my account was charged $85.80. Today is October 8, and I finally decided to check on the filter. I discovered that my order had been canceled, but they kept the money. I was granted a refund today, but when I asked for a discount on the new filter due to the inconvenience and lack of communication, they refused. I’m officially done with Sears.
