Sears PartsDirectReviews of searspartsdirect.com

Sears PartsDirect had what others did not and could not get. The part was authentic OEM exactly as described delivered quickly.

I’m glad that the part automatically renews and is delivered on time .

Fast, easy, and right part the first time.

The part fit and worked as I hoped (Water Level Pressure Switch for a top loader Kenmore washer) The webpage led me to believe the part would ship the next business day but it took seven days to arrive.

Sears Parts Direct is a good company. They inform me in plenty of time that my refrigerator filter is ready to be shipped. You have the opportunity to change the date of arrival, if need be. The website is easy to use and you can schedule the number of times you want your parts delivered and when you want them. I find that making choices on the website saves time and unwanted deliveries.

Subject: Disapproval Regarding Delayed Kenmore Water Filter Order ________________________________________ Hello, I am writing to express my strong disapproval regarding my recent Kenmore water filter order through Sears Parts Direct. After placing the order, I later discovered that the item was on back order and was delivered late. At the time of purchase, I was not informed that the filter was back-ordered, nor was I notified of any expected delay. This lack of communication is disappointing and does not meet reasonable expectations for customer service. As a customer, I expect transparency and timely notice when an order cannot be fulfilled as promised—especially for an essential replacement item. If I had been informed upfront, I could have made an alternative arrangement. I ask that this matter be reviewed and that steps be taken to improve communication and order fulfillment going forward. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, Athena Wiseman

I had no idea it would be so easy to find and order the correct part.

Quick and easy! Found the part, ordered the part, and received the next day. Perfect!
