I have no problem being honest , can Sears Parts Direct be honest ? SPD has had 9 different chances to prove honesty and integrity about a very small refund ($14.39 )and a order on 11/18/2025 , payment withdrawal on 11/19/2025 and order cancellation without any notification ,waited 3 weeks for delivery and nothing ?Who has a problem with honesty , could Sears Parts Direct be the problem ?Please look at your online reviews ,they are horrible to say the least.I have tried 9 times to get this issue resolved ,as of 1/5/2026 SPD HAS NOT even came close to fulfill this disaster. How many times does the consumer have to call you to get a full refund?This problem is upper management ,customer service reps.are only following what they are told to do by upper management,Always remember without customers Sears Parts Direct will in time will be out of business ,that means a lot people of out of jobs!!!!!! Hello is anybody listening ?
