Due to the current situation, we were unfortunately unable to travel to New York as planned. Immediately, understanding was shown and a cancellation was not a problem. The service was fast and friendly!

Good communication

we spent a wonderful week in this beautiful house. we were warmly welcomed and the house was better than in the photos (absolutely fantastic and pleasant swimming pool). Small things were faulty but which were quickly fixed by the owner on site (every day he took care of cleaning the pool early in the morning as efficiently as discreetly :) we warmly recommend for a great vacation with confidence !

A very nice landlord who immediately reports and answers all inquiries quickly and satisfactorily. Unfortunately we had to cancel in the corona crisis. This was immediately accepted. We look forward to traveling again soon. Thank you very much and we look forward to seeing you soon

We unfortunately had to cancel our trip due to Covid-19. Ben was incredibly accommodating and he immediately refunded our money. I hope to spend time at his lovely flat sometime in the near future. Thanks again Ben!

We had to cancel our trip due to the pandemic but we appreciate Ben’s prompt response and understanding. This was great customer service and once this is all over we hope to travel to NY and book a reservation at this beautiful apartment soon.
