I purchased the sample just in case and im glad I did. This product did nothing that it claims. My face felt quite dry after applying it and the following day my skin looked and felt even dryer. I have tried many products and was hoping this would be the game changer with all the other fantastic reviews that I had read.

These samples allow them to test the product for a few days to ensure there's no adverse reaction before purchasing a full bottle. It's not meant for assessing positive results in such a short span because, scientifically speaking, one week isn't sufficient to observe significant changes. The skin barrier requires time to repair, often taking up to a month or more. However, if you're pleased with the gel's texture, its absorption rate, and experienced no adverse reactions, you might consider transitioning to our 30ml or 50ml bottles. The journey doesn't end there; with our sustainable approach, you can keep your bottle and simply refill it. Hey Joan, We received your email mentioning that when you used our product with a moisturizer you already have, it caused a burning sensation on your face. Especially with rosacea-prone and sensitive skin like yours, certain ingredients may not be compatible when mixed with our gel. This incompatibility could be the cause of the reaction you experienced. We would be more than happy to help you identify the specific ingredient in your moisturizer that may have caused this. Please send us the ingredient list of your moisturizer, and our clinical team will investigate which active ingredient might have triggered the reaction.

Extremely disappointed as I have seen no improvement in my rosacea at all, after three weeks using it twice a day. I have e mailed requesting a refund So many products are advertised claiming to improve rosacea.

This means you've been using our product for less than two weeks. For many, this isn't sufficient time for complete skin repair, particularly given that rosacea severity varies from person to person. Our Recovery & Repair gel, packed with vitamins and nutrients, works to repair your skin from the inside out. The longer you use it, the healthier your skin becomes. Much of the initial work happens internally, so you may not see noticeable effects within just two weeks, especially if your rosacea symptoms are more severe than average. After consistent use for at least a month or more, you'll start to see external results. This is because your skin will have spent the first few weeks producing healthier cells from within.
