I decided to order because I read many reviews. The website was easy to navigate the ordering was easy and honestly, the product was affordable. The convenience of being able to order this product without having to be embarrassed to go to a doctor was amazing. This is why I truly ordered the product.

Mina, this is exactly why we exist. Something this personal shouldn't feel embarrassing to take care of. I'm so glad it felt easy and private, and I hope it's everything you hoped for. 🤍 Sophie SculptHer Team

No customer service and it is awful Don’t double order the company won’t…
Don’t double order the company won’t give you your money back and you can’t return your items even if you’ve never opened it. The confirmation is delayed, so don’t expect one immediately that’s why I double ordered. Hard with money being tight and it hurt me.
Response from SculptHerApr 22, 2026
Makenzie, I'm sorry. A late confirmation led to a double order, and when money is already tight, that hurts. Orders ship very quickly, so a duplicate can go out before a cancellation is seen. That doesn't make it any easier for you. Please reply to your existing email thread so the team can look at the duplicate order again. Sophie SculptHer Team
