I did send the correspondence to the email address specified (Jayden Patetta) and every time I send my reply, I get this error: "Sorry, we were unable to deliver your message to the following address." 552: 5.1.1 Mailbox delivery failure policy error I would like a refund please and I would be more than happy to return your defective item back to you. Jayden wants to replace the item, but I feel like it will be another repeat of a dead item and it takes a long time to get here. Thank you for helping me resolve this issue. ~Mae 6/11/26 I was sent a non working Pelvirestore unit. I took the video since someone from the company requested that I show proof of it not working and sent it to them. A couple days have passed, I wanted an update but my email would not even get through their customer service address. Very shady practice as if they do not want to fix my issue and I will be out of money. Horrible company to do business with, buyer beware!

I have not received my package yet. I have been looking for light therapy and read good reviews. The price is reasonable. I am hoping it will help me. I have been trying different medication and done light therapy in my Gyn office which is pricey.

I’ve been to a pelvic floor specialist and did all the exercises as instructed. I’ve used at home kegel weights, bio feedback devices and never had improvement of symptoms. Within one week of using the SculptHer I had improvements in urge symptoms. I could tell muscles were being activated that I was unable to activate on my own. I highly recommend anyone with symptoms who has not found help with traditional exercises give it a try.
