Website is confusing. Not user friendly..
Website is confusing and too busy on mobile devices. I'm sure it may be more user friendly on computer. Confirmation page makes it look like your order isn't complete, (or is it)? Small print at top says you are but the timer is still ticking and throwing other discounts to order TODAY seems overkill. You have to really look to be sure not to order more than intended, kicks you to different screens to proceed and not user friendly. Sale is good. Will see how it goes and share with my Sisters @WDNC going through it! :)

Shamay, thank you for such a detailed review. It's really helpful. You're right that on mobile it's too busy. A confirmation page that makes you wonder whether your order went through, a timer still counting down, and extra screens all make it harder than it should be. I've shared all of this with our team.
