Website Easy to Navigate
I thought the website was well organized, however, the autobot didn’t really answer my question, and referred me to the guide, which I wouldn’t have until I purchased.

Off switch
Still early. I will let you know. The only problem I'm having is that I read that the device turns off after 30 minutes. It doesn't.

This device did not last
This device did not last. Poorly made. I used it about 10 times before the cycles quit working. I changed the batteries several times. Contacted customer support. They originally said they would ship a new one. And then said it had been too long as it had been a month and a half. For the price of this product, you would think it would last more than 10 times or the company would back their craftsmanship and product. Very disappointed didn’t get to use it for a long enough to really tell a difference. Based on the service I received and how they back their product I would not recommend or buy this product again

Amanda, I'm sorry. After about 10 uses, and new batteries more than once, it stopped working. Then you were told a new one would ship, and later that it had been too long. I understand why that's so disappointing. Please reply to your existing email thread so the team can look at your replacement request again with the full history in front of them. Great experience from start to finish
Great experience from start to finish. The website was informative, and my order arrived quickly and securely. I really appreciate how the brand provides a calendar and clear instructions, making it super easy to stay consistent with the treatments. The device itself works exactly as advertised. I highly recommend SculptHer!

Intimate Wellness
Did some research on Intimate Wellness Solutions. I am 60, and things aren't quite as lubricated as they used to be. This product came out ahead of Joylux for a much better price, so that's why I ordered it. I will post an update once I have tried it for a while.
