Quality just amazing I was septic at first but now you got me as a customer

Order said: Same-day processing, but my order has not moved even after 10 business days. Tried cancelling the order and requesting more accurate tracking information, but support is only decoration because I never received an answer. For the price, I would expect a lot more convenience. But this is coming from some hidden place in China, taking a really long time, and charging as if it were a legit, fast delivery piece. Think twice before buying from them.

In my 18 years of online shopping, I have never experienced something as bad, unprofessional, and frustrating as Scuderia 1976. The order took over a month to arrive, despite the website advertising much shorter delivery times. This is clearly misleading. When contacting customer service, responses were either extremely delayed or did not come at all. Communication is practically non-existent. The return and exchange process is the worst part: Even for a simple size exchange, customers are forced to return items at their own expense to Spain, after spending more than €170. That is not just unfriendly, it is honestly outrageous. Customer support replies were cold, dismissive, and completely unwilling to help. There was zero goodwill or flexibility shown at any point. Instead, promotional discounts are retroactively removed as soon as you return items, leaving the customer at a clear disadvantage. Throughout the entire process, you constantly feel like an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. Every single step had to be chased, every piece of information had to be demanded, and nothing was handled proactively or professionally. To sum it up: – extremely poor customer service – misleading delivery promises – zero goodwill or flexibility – unfriendly and unhelpful communication – unnecessarily complicated and expensive returns I am deeply disappointed and can only strongly advise against ordering from this company. For me, it is an absolute never again.
