The DUI 11m size Medium is too small for me. I can't get over my head. Based on YOUR chart and my head size it should fit - it does NOT. You do not have a size Large and you charged me shipping when you information is mis-leading,

Great ordering, poor fulfillment experiences
The selection is good, the ordering process good, the shipping time good, but the packaging is terrible. The boxes arrive with hardly any protection inside and the products get tossed about in the boxes. One of my boxes with very expensive products inside that I need for a dive trip broke open in transit due to the terrible packaging and taping, and an item didn’t make it. When I needed help, Scuba.com didn’t help, they just punted to UPS and I’m currently waiting hoping I eventually get the product I paid for. The shipping department and customer service processes are quite lacking from my experience so far. I’m worried I made a mistake picking scuba.com as my partner instead of divers direct. Hoping for a resolution in time for the trip, and improvements in their packaging and shipping departments. 🙁

This was my first purchase
This was my first purchase. Let me start with the positives. The website was very easy to navigate, and I took care of it even though I think I assigned some responsibility to somebody I originally called, but it worked fine. I needed the equipment that I bought for an upcoming Diving trip and it was key that the delivery date was important. Unfortunately, I missed the delivery date and even though I paid a lot extra for that, I ended up not being able to bring this on my trip. So that pretty well ruined it. The equipment was excellent, but I've only used it in my pool at the point at this point.

They sent the wrong product and support is falling short
Have bought from them before, until recently they sent the wrong item. Basically an easy check at the warehouse as the color choice was clearly printed on the shipping/order label and did not match the color of the product. Sounds like they have no stock and they just tried to see if I would keep the product. The support from customer support was terrible. Took me forever to get someone on the phone (had to request a callback). Now they point me to Adorama’s page/account (where my order from scuba.com is not located) and I have to waste MY time to print a shipping label (which they are yet to provide), take this to UPS, ship it back, all while out of pocket on $100 and without the product I ordered. I will but from dive rite, paragon or other reputable online scuba stores instead in the future.

I ordered size 9 boots
I ordered size 9 boots. When they arrived, the bag indicated size 9, but the boots were size 8. I tried to do a return online, but failed. I called customer service and we had difficulty understanding each other. They offered to send the correct size, no need to return the wrong size 8s. I sent the 8s back anyway, don’t need them. I am uncertain if I will ever get size 9s?

Service is no longer reliable
Over the last dozen years I’ve bought a lot of equipment from scuba.com. This was when they had their store in Orange County, CA which was close enough that I could pick up my orders if I were in a hurry. I recently ordered a used dive computer plus a transmitter, which the website indicated would be delivered in time for my upcoming trip. By the next day, which was Saturday, I hadn’t seen any movement, which was unusual from my past experience. I then learned the OC store is no more and the order was coming from New York, and the store was closed from 3 PM Friday until Sunday morning. I called Sunday and expressed concern the order wouldn’t arrive in time, and was ready to pay for expedited shipping. I was told it would be sent two day as I requested at no extra charge. Cool.
Monday night I get a shipping notification that it was sent via ground shipping and will be delivered on Friday. Ugh, the night before I leave and no time to test it. The next day I get a notification from UPS that there’s a delay and it won’t arrive until the following Tuesday.
Wednesday I call, and had the order cancelled. I decided to pay the extra $500 to order a new computer, as long as it can ship next day, and offered to pay for the upgrade. Unfortunately it was just shy of 4PM in New York so it didn’t ship until Thursday. I get the ship notification. Delivery will be next Wednesday, it was shipped via Ground service… I guess I don’t get a new computer for my trip.
I never had these problems with orders from the old store, which is why I gave an extra star. Based on this experience, I won’t be ordering from scuba.com again.

Incredibly disappointed in my…
Incredibly disappointed in my experience with this company. I bought a nice pair of goggles due to the return policy and when they didn’t work out it was the biggest hassle to return and they would only give me store credit. Then when I finally went to use it the GC didn’t work due to system issues. I then requested they waive expedited shipping due to the inconvenience. They agreed, but they’re more efforts still fell short as it took too long to resolve the issue and ran out of time. Now they have my money and I have no snorkle gear for my trip. They tried, but apparently their system keeps them from being able to properly take care of clients. They tried, but fell short. Probably will buy direct from AMazon moving forward to avoid an experience like this again they gave my money and now I have to fork over the additional amount to a local store to make sure I am prepared for my buck list trip.

A Degenerate Operation
I placed a small order (only four items) last Wednesday morning. The goods didn't go out on Thursday. They didn't go out on Friday. The weekend came and went with no change to the order status. Then I find out that Monday was no different. It does NOT take 4 working days to box merchandise for shipping.
This company is quick and efficient to process PAYMENTS, but they are entirely inept when it comes to delivering service. And don't even get me started on their email communication.
I intend to report this to Amazon, which scuba.com relies on for payment processing.
