Fasts shipping, but the item I ordered was the wrong size. My issue, not anything Scuba.com missed. However, the return process is not good. They charge a mailing label fee, even though they don't clearly state that when placing an order. They also add some other service charge that they DO NOT REFUND. So if you have a return you pay a mailing fee and lose this bunk extra charge. In total I lost about half of the amount I spent on bogus charges. On top of this, I sent an email to inquire about the charges. They never responded. I've seen enough.

I was starting to shop with you more but now, your surveys that asked about a product was merely fishing for my personal info to sell. It didn't even ask about the product! It asked me a ton of personal info and then gave me discounts to other companies that I don't want and didn't ask for. I did like scuba.com now I'm less likely to shop with you after all of your predatory surveys you keep sending. Not happy at all.

They show on the web site a tool kit with tools and only deliver the tool pouch. They try to scam me. I will never buy from dem again.

How in the world did this site get any good reviews. I spent $31 on a mislabeled size and wrongly advertised wetsuit... Didn't fit and needed weights, which was stated on the web site as "does not need weights" and the part about it being neoprene was not mentioned, which would be a giveaway that it did need weights. Avoid them like the plague, please.

They shipped my Mares BC UPS and it was delivered to the wrong address. They say it is not their problem because they say it was marked delivered. UPS says it is not their problem. Scuba.com will not pressure UPS and they don't want to help or guarantee delivery. Chat gpt says it is the responsibility of Scuba.com to warranty delivery

I have been attempting to return an order for three business days, without success. The first day, I tried the phone route and waited an hour to speak to a customer service rep who knew nothing about SCuBA and asked me to send in photos. I decided to just use the online route which they provide. The first time I did this with a smaller order, I immediately received sn RMA number and a mailing label. When I did the same with my larger order, nothing happened after repeated attempts. I am very frustrated as I assume I have no alternative but to wait endlessly in the phone to get this resolved. I am afraid they are just trying to “let the click run out” so they can say I am past the return window. This was my experience. My advice is to proceed cautiously with them.

When I received my order, the primary regulator in the bundle I purchased was completely covered in dust! (I have photos) I was so excited to be purchasing my very first regulator set and when I opened the box to see a dusty primary regulator that I would be using to BREATHE AIR through and relying on it with MY LIFE... I became overwhelmed with disappointment! For goodness sakes, if the reason I got it on sale was because it was inventory that had sat for a while... the least they could have done was clean the darn thing before sending it to me. How can I trust that the dust hasn't affected its function?

Every time I try to order, my order is put on hold for a bogus "...upon checking, some order information provided did not verify with the bank which issued the card." Every. Single. Time. And when I try to contact Scuba.com customer service or whoever they outsourced their credit card verification to, they do not even try to help me with the issue. My brother and my sister-in-law got me a $100 gift card I want to use, otherwise I would have stopped trying to purchase from them.
