The staff is always interacting with its players. Scrooge is my go to social casino. They really seem to care about its players and I love interacting with them on all of their social platforms. I just made my first redemption. Hoping it comes today. Thank you scrooge for the entertainment!

So glad I gave Scrooge a chance
So glad I gave Scrooge a chance! My first time playing I won and had NO IDEA how to do the crypto stuff to redeem. After contacting them I got paid directly to my PayPal by the CEO of the casino. You literally can not get better customer service than SCROOGE! Also now they have added PayPal and Cashapp as redemption options so everything is super easy. Payouts take less than 24 hours and they add new games all the time. If you haven’t tried Scrooge yet, you’re missing out.

Thank you so much Amy. We believe SCROOGE is only going to get better until everyone in the USA and Canada realizes we are the best social casino there is. :)

One of the worst casinos out there
One of the worst casinos out there. I've put over $200 into this website and have never gotten to an amount I was able to cash out.
Response from SCROOGE CasinoFeb 2, 2024
So every casino that someone puts 200 into they cash out more? 50 dollars is the minimum redemption so you could have immediately cashed out. We have the highest RTP on our games in the business. We know this with certainty because we don't alter them at all.

Scrooge is taking over!
Scrooge is taking over! Simply the best social casino I’ve seen. From my own experience, It is easier to win when compared to other casinos, and the games are super fun, with a great variety. Free tokens every day with a generous daily spin, and monthly claims for the holders. Holders of Scrooge are rewarded usdt just by holding the coin, and that’s the magic of this casino, with a great community and great leadership!

It's happening to ALL casinos
It was cool to of gotten the the free play... and they give you what you win when you actually win..I mean this because I have several screenshots proving legit wins with a wild card on the first column with 3 matching symbols along side the 2nd,3rd, and 4th columns and it would not recognize that for a win...those are legitimate wins alongside with countless others. So this is a problem...it's becoming to be an issue with just about any online casino I try.. either there tampering with the games, not acknowledging wins, not giving you your wins, issues with redeeming your wins..if I can win..I'm reading people saying they winning 400 up to over 1000$ HoW!!!???? How is anyone winning anything due to the constant manipulating and tampering the run a round to get your winnings? Ok ts being done to every single casino out here.

This has no bearing in reality. We have the highest ethical standards known to man. All our providers games are certified. What that means is they go through rigorous testing by third part software companies to have GLI certificates. All the games in our social casino function fairly and accurately so your statement has no truth to it at all.
