I signed up and was given 100 tokens = $1 not much of a bonus but I was interested in the site already so I played. They advertise it's always free to win our sweepstakes. Because if not they wouldn't really be sweepstakes. Anyway I played the first slot I tried and ended up winning. My kyc was already verified so I tried to withdraw 500$ they sent me an email saying my request was rejected. Then blocked me from their site. I finally reached someone on their info email address when I said I had put a review on this site and was told they probably suspended my account until they request additional documents from me. How can you do that if you block me. Was also told I would be banned if I give a bad review on here. you already banned me refused to honor my winnings and refuse to discuss anything about it with me. But I took the review down and returned 2 more emails to them and of course now I am posting it again. They are liars. If you win they basically hang up on you and block you so you have no chance to even find out what the deal is. You are a u.s. casino. You should act like it. Also a sweepstakes casino so honor what you say. I making up some b.s. like third rate offshore casinos is more favorable than just being hung up on. That's so disrespectful. I have screenshots of everything. Wish I could post on here.

The only way this slaughter house has 4.5 rating is by being bought!! The only thing right about this scam house is the name!! I have spent over $600 since i signed up 5 weeks ago and have not even won a feature. I have played 25% of the slots and absolutely dead spins. You can spin over 30 times and not hit a penny!! I play at 5 places on line regularly. Sometimes thousands a week. I have played at everyone i know of that is allowed in my state which is close to 20 sc casinos and this is by far the greediest place i have ever played!! For anyone on the fence here you go...this is a good example of what a posted about. They turned my criticism of their site around and made it look like It was my fault that their casino has serious issues. Can you also sense the rude and condescending tone in the reps reply? I felt that they would try to lie about the payouts and deposits and the play so i downloaded all of my transactions for proof. The rep straight out lied or cant do simple math. But of course the Big proof that their site is shady is the fact that they booted me from their site for calling them out on it. Please, if you like your money dont play on Scrooge Casino because you wont have it long if you do. At first everything seems ok, If I had over time deposited say $200 I could reasonably expect maybe $100 back in redemptions and that was ok I have alot of fun playing their games. For example since my last redemption I have deposited well over $300 and I can barely even get into a bonus round much less in a position to redeem anything. The daily wheel in the beginning would give you a decent amount os ST on the high risk wheel about 75% of the time but now in say the last 3 to 4 weeks ive only won twice. Long review I know but theres more. They give bi-monthly reviews of your account and award free ST according to their unknown computations so me..daily player, daily depositor, depositing over $300 since my last account review I get $12.50 for my patronage...PATHETIC. Their facebook rewards are weak when given and by the time you enter the code the rewards have already been claimed. And if ALL THAT isnt bad enough the worst thing about them is their mostly rude Customer Service Reps. Seriously....they are rude as hell and of course when you bring any kind of complaint to their attention its YOUR FAULT ACCORDING TO THEM AND MAYBE YOU SHOULD TAKE A BREAK FROM PLAYING and then they msg you the process of taking a break. In short I would just stay away from this site!!!! With all of the other sites out there and new ones popping up everyday it wont be long before they shut down anyway unless they change how they do business. THEIR US TRUTH IN THEIR NAME AND IT SAYS IT ALL.
