Leena, I'm very sorry to receive this review because I think you may have us confused with another company. We do not send any marketing or sales emails. The only emails that we send are to our customers and our newsletter subscribers. Could you possibly be confusing our company with another company? There are many companies that have "scribe" in their name. Hope we can resolve for you. Please feel free to message us back so we can resolve this.

You signed with us on January 22nd for a custom publishing service. Your first invoice went unpaid for over a week, and we communicated clearly that work could not begin until payment was received. Once payment came through, our team began work immediately the following business day. During the engagement, our publishing manager and sales team were in daily communication with you and your team. We provided standard timelines for ebook formatting, hardcover production, and distribution setup. Unfortunately, those timelines did not align with your expectations, despite being discussed multiple times. When it became clear we were not the right fit, we parted ways and issued a full refund of $9,000, which was beyond what our agreement required.
