Aggressive Marketing mails trying to push me to answer in a harh tone. I never requested anything from them and dont even know why they have my data.

Publishing my book with Scribe was a great experience. My publishing project manager, Katie, was delightful to work with, detail oriented and supportive. The cover and interior artwork team did not do a great job, lacked creativity and didn't communciate with one another causing a lot of rework. I used external talent to do the cover and provide interior concepts to Scribe. But all in all, I highly recommend as they make the process feel less overwhelming and understand the steps to make your book a best seller and work to help you achieve it.

Scribe is clearly dedicated to the author experience going smoothly and comprehensively. They are responsive, understanding, empathetic to the author's needs and concerns, and very clear about all the steps and each stage of the process. It's such a pleasure to be supported by people who understand an author's vision and are committed to seeing it through with them.

I have written two books through Scribe. I tried different approaches for writing each book. I was extremely impressed with the quality of the help that I got with the book both during the writing process as well as with the publishing and distribution process. I highly recommend them and look forward to writing and publishing another book with them in the future.

The most important thing is that the end product was fantastic. The book that Scribe Media helped me publish met all of my expectations. There is an outstanding team in place at Scribe Media. Across the board, the level of talent and commitment to service is exceptional.

The sales process was very smooth, but nothing was ever delivered. Nathan came across as a polished sales guy, then handed things off to Rachel. After that, nothing happened. I followed up multiple times and received no results or meaningful response. In the end, there was a lot of talk and zero execution.
