Excellent customer service. Hayley went above and beyond to support me through the process and stayed in touch every step of the way. Many things are out of the control of companies like this, so it’s important to keep expectations in check and give them credit for doing what they can to ensure a good experience. Scout & Nimble delivered an outstanding level of service to me.

Hayley, the customer service rep who helped me, was super polite, responsive, and eager to help me resolve my issue related to a manufacturing defect that required my furniture piece to be repaired. She contacted the furniture repair company and connected them with me in a timely manner. They came out and made the repair, and Hayley was able to get me a reimbursement for the cost of the service call. I’m truly appreciative and impressed about how this was handled by Scout and Nimble- the whole experience was surprisingly smooth and pleasant!
