If I could give less stars I would. This has been 3 years now. I bought the Bastille dining table. And 4 chairs. The table base arrived damaged. I tried several times getting in touch when them to fix it or send a new one. They also failed to mention you must finish the dining top - it comes unfinished and WILL ABSORB EVERYTHING AND STAIN, even water. It looks like I’ve had the table for 3947 years not 3. The customer service requests went unanswered and they never once offered a valid solution to any of the issues.

I had been looking for a specific chair that was out of stock everywhere. Scout & Nimble’s website said they had 3 in stock so I ordered a pair. When I hadn’t received the chairs after some time I contacted them to ask where the chairs were and was told they had no stock and wouldn’t receive them till at least October. Either they don’t update their website with accurate info or they claim to have stock when they know that is false. Will not shop here again.

Vase advertised as 30% larger than actual. While they say vase size and color may vary, other website selling the same vase advertise it as a smaller size which likely reflects the true average jar size. Be careful with their marketing and call in advance. You have to pay for shipping returns

I received an incorrect item. When i reached out to return, i was told 7-10 days to hear back on process. 13 days later, still no response. I got the enail to review, but not info on returning the wrong item. Very disappointed.

no communication about backorder. no phone call about delivery status...still waiting

I'm frustrated. I ordered the table a few days early (apparently) of a sale and spent much of Memorial Day weekend trying to get a response. The table I purchased for $1500 was on BACKORDER for 3 months, and all of a sudden on sale for $1200. Many calls, no response. No ability to get a refund. Finally spoke with a 3rd party service who took my complaint... and no response. Zero! On top of that the $800 accent chair I ordered arrived, direct from China. Terrible instructions. Not close to $800 quality. Some other name called "Moes" on the label. Frustrated and disappointed with the entire experience. Doubt I'll ever buy again from what is apparently a cheap reseller.

This is about customer satisfaction. Correct? So the honest feeling is not satisfaction. More like frustration. After the month-long backorder wait, the product arrived. The design on the vase looked great. The color was off. But the bitter part was that it is deemed non-returnable. Why? Not sure. Seems odd that something so popular that you can't keep it in stock is non-returnable for any reason. Just very frustrating!
