Super helpful and timely responses from their team and a beautiful couch delivered! I purchased the Dylan sofa and it is awesome! We had a hard time finding the lefts because to ship the sofa, the legs are stored underneath the actual sofa in a zipper pouch, but the team was able to help me immediately and followed up with other parties of the delivery to ensure we got our legs. Super thankful, we purchase from store again!

Even though the floor lamp did not work out, after two different lamps, Scout's customer service was excellent. They were quick to respond, understood the situation, advocated with the manufacturer and brought a great resolution. Highly recommend Scout & Nimble.

I purchased a dining table, six chairs, and a round rug from Scout & Nimble. Having never ordered from the company before, I took the chance because their product lines are top notch. I can say without reservation that Scout & Nimble exceeded my expectations in every way. From their design team helping me narrow down rug selections, to their unbeatable prices (they were always lower than any other websites I checked), to their follow through with post-delivery questions, I could not be more pleased. When in need of a home item, Scout & Nimble is the first place I check now.

Paige was amazing! She kept in touch with me throughout my purchase and when it looked like the items I wanted were out of stock, she dove in and made calls until she tracked them down for me! I could not be happier with the service I received or the items I ordered (which, by the way, were beautifully packaged to protect them during transport)! I will definitely shop with Scout & Nimble again!
