You showed a discontinued item as "In Stock, Qty 2". I ordered (1) and then got a notification hours later that the item was "now discontinued". Stock means IN STOCK!. It doesn't mean "let me check with the manufacturer. In Stock = false advertising.
Response from Scout & NimbleJul 21, 2022
Hello Chris, we are so sorry for the incorrect stock that was posted and apologize for any inconvenience it may have caused. I can assure you that we do everything within our power to ensure that our stock is accurate and up to date. With the vast majority of our brands our stock is updated in real time. However, with the particular item that you purchased, that brands stock status updates once a day, and with the stock status being as low as it was, it had appeared that someone else had secured it before we were able to for that day. We'd be more than happy to extend a promotional discount to you for your troubles. Please respond to your discontinued product notification email that you received if you'd like to receive a discount code for purchasing a different item. Respectfully, Customer Care Team
