Exceptional customer service, so quick to respond, great trade account management

I’ve ordered a few mirrors from Scout & Nimble for our home, and unfortunately, two of them had manufacturing defects. Diana Harris from the customer service team was quick to respond, fair and reasonable to work with during the process and diligent in working with the manufacturer to replace the flawed products. While Scout & Nimble’s product offerings are great, their customer service is exceptional! They are now my preferred home decor store!

I had an issue with the lamps I purchased due to a manufacturer defect. Diana, the Customer Care Manager, was amazing in helping me address the issue -- arranging for the manufacturer to take back the lamps (at their cost) and staying with things to ensure that I got a refund. Well done! Based on that experience, I would definitely buy from Scout & Nimble again.

The team at scout and nimble did a great job helping me resolve a problem with my order that was completely my fault. They were so nice and got back to me right away. I will definitely continue shopping and scout and nimble and really appreciate their professionalism!!

Ordered twice from Scout and Nimble - very satisfied customer! Though never having heard of Scout and Nimble, after researching and looking for a new coffee table, we found one within our budget on their site. Easy ordering process, they were quick to answer our questions, and delivery went very well. After being very satisfied, we found the perfect celing light to go in our new nursery. We ordered it without hestiation. The light was delivered but was a bit different than the description/photos showed. Regardless, we worked around it and after installing it, noticed the piece was damaged (in shipping, at no fault of Scout and Nimble). I immediately emailed Scout and Nimble and Diana was super helpful. Worked with the provider to ship a new light and followed up multiple times without being asked. Will definitely trust them with future purchases! Thank you!!

Ordered a sofa from Scout and Nimble, and it unfortunately arrived with a few damages (at no fault of Scout and Nimble). My customer service rep, Diana, was very quick to reply, and she initiated solutions immediately. She was able to arrange a replacement sofa from the vendor with no damages. Love our new sofa, and love the service I received with Scout and Nimble!

We had a set of chairs we ordered that were not the correct color. I called customer service and Claire helped me right away. She was always contacting her rep to making the situation right. She responded right away and I felt she always had my best interest. Claire Nichols did everything to fix the situation. What I love about scout and nimble, is that when I call I never have to wait on hold longer than 2 minutes and I always am able to ask for Claire. She has been wonderful! And because of her I will buy from them again!

Ordered a desk and 4 chairs from S&N and had really excellent experiences both times. Really excellent customer service that helped me sort out a manufacturing issue with the chairs swiftly. I have found their prices to be the best hands down and you can’t beat the customer service here. Don’t hesitate to order from them!
