We ordered two recliners. We had a problem with the finish on them. Scout & Nimble offered to replace both chairs. We said we would rather have a credit so would could order two completely different chairs. They were HAPPY to handle the problem how ever we preferred. All companies can once in awhile have a defective product, but never have we had a company so willing to make sure we were completely satisfied with the way the problem was remedied. Great job! We highly recommend this company.

I had a few questions regarding my order and payment plan, and reached out to get some clarity on those. Diana responded to my email with thorough, clear information about the process. She then reached out to me a few weeks later to let me know about a very minor shipping damage issue, including pictures and a discount offer, which I accepted. Every step of the way she was friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful and communicative. I work in customer support for an online company as well and it's always nice to encounter support that is not only competent and helpful, but friendly to the point of even being enjoyable. Diana's a great asset to your team!

Sadly, the furniture I ordered was on backorder and eventually arrived damaged. The customer service I received following that unfortunate circumstance was incredible. The communication that Diana provided was excellent and very timely. She offered me several options and I am very pleased with our end agreement. Good customer service makes all the difference and for that reason, I will absolutely shop here again.

I recently ordered a coffee table from Scout & Nimble! It arrived very well packaged in a wooden crate. Unfortunately the table damaged a little too easily from a vacuum hose within the first few days! I reached out to Customer Service and received a response almost immediately. Diana was beyond helpful with my situation. It was so nice to communicate with someone in customer service that didn’t come across as automated. She was very personable and attentive to my emails. She replaced my table with a brand new one! A little grace goes a long way these days. Scout & Nimble - hang on to Diana! She is awesome!!

I received a piece of furniture that was damaged and contacted customer service. They responded immediately and ordered me a new piece. They kept me in the loop with the new delivery and made sure everything was perfect. Thank you Diana Harris for the great service!!
