Performed as promised

Diana Harris was incredible. I'm a designer so I spend a lot of time communicating with customer service from a variety of vendors. My experience with Diana was hands down the best I've ever had. I don't normally leave feedback, but I felt that she must be recognized for her efforts. She was friendly, resolution based, timely, and communicative.

We were specifically looking for Moe’s Collection chairs to go with a table we recently purchased. Scout and Nimble offered a chair that we had viewed on several sites but their price was so much better. We were so happy that shipping was free since this was a large order. The chairs got to our home quickly and the packaging was excellent. And we love the chairs! This whole experience was excellent!

I received a very expensive piece, damaged. I sent in pictures to get the piece replaced and Diana Harris took such great care of me. She emailed with checks in and touched base weekly to give me updates. She saw the entire transaction through to the end.

Chandelier arrived with defects (sockets not working, shades not staying upright, etc). Sent photos of the issues and a new item was shipped out and tracking number sent. Just waiting for the replacement to arrive Service was fast and friendly.

Great selection. Super easy to work with and wonderful customer service!!!
