I called your company and spoke to Hannah in customer service. I wanted to order a table with a delayed shipping date of October 1st as I would not be in the location to accept delivery. She asked for my number and called the representative to inquire if this was possible. She called me back and told me this could be done. I placed the order with Hannah. She was very professional and sweet.

We received our kitchen island and it was shaking after installed. I called customer service, Diana was so easy to work with and she immediately ordered us a new one. We received the 2nd island and unfortunately it was still shaking. I was so disappointed I was going to wait a few days before reporting the issue. But to my delight Diana emailed me to see how the new island was working for us. I explained the situation and she arranged to give us a discount. I’m so impressed. It’s so hard to get good service these days and the attention to my issue was beyond what I expected. You have a customer for life.
