After my backordered rug from Scout + Nimble finally shipped, there was an on-going delivery hold up with the freight provider. I contacted Customer Care and was put in touch with Diana Harris who was prompt, professional and proactive in resolving the issue and keeping me up to date. Outstanding customer service, Diana! I purchased a table from scout and nimble and it arrived exactly as pictured… except the hardware was missing. Whoops. I emailed customer service and Diana was extremely helpful in getting a new set of hardware sent to me. My table looks great now. Stuff happens, and Scout and Nimble was extremely helpful in resolving the problem.

If I left this review a few months ago I would have given less stars. I received a sofa that came damaged two separate times, and went through a lengthy return process. Diana with customer service has been my savior and completely changed my experience! She handled everything very professionally and was extremely communicative and helpful.

Two items for my office were damaged during shipping, and both are now back ordered until next year, as is pretty common during this time. At first I was fine waiting, but one got further delayed to at least 6 months out, and waiting for the other turned out not to work for me. But it was a great experience, especially compared to other retailers I've ordered from for my new home. Customer care was so exceptional I plan to purchase from them again -- the manufacturer who made both pieces sells furniture through most major retailers, and I've had delays and/or damage with other pieces (from them and various other manufacturers) via other retailers, but I've heard little to nothing about ETAs, whereas Diana and Hayley in customer care personally, proactively and creatively worked with me to handle the claims however was best for me. I've learned Scout & Nimble (as well as Room & Board!) are really great retailers to work with when things go wrong, and they have beautiful taste with their selection, so they will have my trust and my business again!
