I ordered a beautiful chair from Scout and Nimble, and unfortunately after a long back order it arrived damaged. I called customer service and Diana was so incredibly kind and helpful. She helped me find a resolution quickly, and was even super accommodating when I changed my mind about that resolution a few days later! It was a bummer that the chair arrived damaged, but I honestly have never had such great customer service from a furniture company before. I will definitely be back to buy more furnishings for our home!

I ordered a credenza which was delivered damaged. Diana Harris handled our claim and while it has taken a very long time to get our furniture, Diana was constantly in touch, ensuring that the lines of communication remained open. She found us a replacement, and got a mover to get it delivered. I would want her in my court!!
