A bookshelf was lost on delivery, but Hayley was very quick to track it down for me and make sure we received it in a timely manner. A few days later, she checked back in to make sure we got it and were happy. Since she asked (No one every asks!) I let her know we were actually disappointed in the craftsmanship of the bookcase. She promptly handled the situation and we were issued a refund for a portion of the cost. I'm very impressed by her customer service -- she went above and beyond. Thank you, Hayley!

Bought a gorgeous end table that looks better than the pictures. Service was quite speedy considering the truck delivery schedules these days. All in all couldn't be happier. We will be buying more from Scout and Nimble.

I have ordered several different furniture pieces from Scout & Nimble and the customer service has always been stellar. However, what I'm really impressed by is how they've been able to maintain such a wonderful customer experience during COVID. I want to especially share a recent experience with Dianna Harris. I had ordered two small drink tables that were backordered and then were also affected by shipping delays. Yet, Dianna constantly kept me updated about the delays and made several calls to the delivery company to see when they might be able to deliver my pieces. Each time she got back to me promptly and was so kind. I'm sure that COVID has created so much stress for Scout & Nimble, but you would never know it. Dianna has been such a professional, and I will continue to order through Scout & Nimble because of customer service like Dianna provided, especially for large furniture items because this is what I'm looking for in a company.

I ordered the Suki Large Media Console Burnished Black. It arrived and during the delivery and install a screw broke off in the handle. I emailed customer service and explained what happen. Custome Service replied back stating that a claim would be filed with the manufacture regarding this. and that I allow 7-10 business days for this to be reviewed, I received a follow up email stating that the screw was on back order. Which I thought was a nice update. I received the handle and the screw a couple days later. I was very impressed with the customer service I received and how professional and courteous the service person was. I was pleasantly surprised that I received it so soon because the item I had asked be replaced was so small and insignificant. I am really enjoying the media console and I will be looking for more furniture on Scout and Nimble's website. thank you

I ordered outdoor dining chairs that looked different in person than the online photos. Shopping online is hard and the color was just off. Dianna at Scout & Nimble was extremely helpful in working with the supplier tp accept the return and then coordinating the pick up of 10(!) chairs. Such a relief to get this resolved without a hiccup. It makes a big difference when ordering online and I will be trusting Scout & Nimble with these bigger purchases in the future.

Excellent customer service by Hayley and team. I received a HUGE iron cabinet and had 4 men haul it upstairs but when it was finally unwrapped, we noticed a welded hinge had broken off. S&N team let me be creative on how to resolve the issue since moving it back downstairs and shipping it back was NOT gonna happen. Instead I found a welder to repair it and they picked up the tab. Perfect solution and I'm a happy camper with a beautiful iron hutch. Wish all companies had this great of service.
