My experience ended up being a wonderful one. Each time I called when I didn't receive my item in time or did a follow up, someone was sure to help me. My item was back logged due to Covid (took almost half a year to get it). Then provided me a discount no questions asked. Then my item sadly came damaged. I called and worked with a women by the name of Diana Harris on starting a claim. She truly went above & beyond! She comforted me by listening to the issue I had. I bought an expensive purchase that came damaged and she truly made it right! She gave me options and then did a great job at following up with me when she said she would. I couldn't appreciate it more. A resolution was made. Thank you again Diana and everyone else at Scout & Nimble. I would be sure to purchase again from this wonderful company. I wish everyone experience and every company had customer service like how Diana provided it to me.

My coffee table arrived on time, but unfortunately after a few weeks I realized it was damaged. I reached out to Scout and Nimble and their customer service exceeded my expectations for my damaged order. Diana was excellent to work with, responded to my requests and helped to resolve my issues. Will definitely purchase from Scout and nimble again!

First time orders with Scout & Nimble and we had to reach out to Customer Service for assistance for some tracking and damaged goods. We worked with Dianna Harris and she was absolutely wonderful to work with- truly the best customer service I've experienced. I feel like with people like Dianna working for this company- it eases my nerves in dealing with an online company in case anything else happens. But, overall the products were what we expected and look great in our home. I'm pleased with what we purchased and will purchase again in the future.

With shipping/delivery delays and losses all beyond their control, they were able to keep me informed during the long wait for furniture. The office furniture I ordered was delivered and looks great. I ordered the Elena Sideboard & Hutch back in November 2021 and finally received it at the beginning of February 2022. It's a gorgeous product in person, but unfortunately, the quality of some of the parts was not as expected and I reached out to customer service. Diana Harris has been in constant contact with me over the last 2 months (Feb-Mar) to sort out replacement parts and eventually a reimbursement with/from the supplier. She was incredibly patient & understanding and reached out as soon as she had updates available. I really felt like I was being taken care of and heard. Because of their great customer service, I will be perusing in the future and hopefully finding my next statement piece at Scout & Nimble.

I can't say enough good things about my first experience working with Scout & Nimble! At a time when everyone is overloaded and backordered and overworked, S & N was a true standout in showing how much communication is key. We had a house under construction when COVID hit and have experienced every furniture delay and frustration there is out there right now. My desk took awhile to arrive- as was very clearly communicated to me when I ordered it- but as the date neared and I was checking on the shipping status, Diana Harris was an absolute angel to work with. She was professional, communicative, timely in her responses! Her easy communication meant my anxiety over the delivery was nonexistent and, after years of dealing with this, I truly could not be more grateful. This was my first order from Scout and Nimble and I am already looking forward to ordering more from them based on this experience. In fact, my experience was SO positive that I reached out to Diana and asked her to let me know who I could tell about this- because it is that rare! Thank you again!!
