Scout & NimbleReviews of scoutandnimble.com

Easy order process. Very satisfied. This is the 3rd time we are replacing this lamp. Very light bottom, heavier top. If lightly tapped, it goes right over. Tonight I actually caught it with just a tip. But the top weight was much heavier and it cracked right around the top.

Diana was awesome!!

Amazing products, best deals!

At the end of February, I ordered the Portia dining chairs in Safari green. The ETA for shipping was “end of May,” and they did in fact ship on May 26th! This was the only experience I’ve had with a furniture company actually shipping out when they said they would. The shipping took just over a month, however, S&N was very kind and quick to provide info when I reached out with questions. I was very impressed with their communication. Let’s talk about the chairs! It’s always a little risky ordering furniture you’ve never been able to see or try out before, but these are fantastic and I’m so glad I went through with them. The color is just as pictured online, and they are comfy too! I sit at our table and work everyday, and I am able to do so comfortably from these chairs. The measurements were slightly off (everything was a little shorter than listed), but they still worked perfectly for our table. I would absolutely purchase from S&N again!

This review is for Diana Harris who helped me get all of my home decor delivery. She was working with suppliers that weren't able to deliver on the dates that were originally promised and she bent over backwards to help me. She always stayed positive and kind, even when I was frustrated. She deserves a raise! Thanks Diana.

I bought 2 nightstands for my place and it came in.. less than perfect condition to say the least. I was absolutely floored by the odd packaging. Reached out to their customer service via phone and my issue was sent over to a manager in customer care. they took care of my problem and helped to full resolution. It was my first time ordering from them so first off - yes you’ll get your product but more importantly, if it’s not as described, you’ll be kindly taken care of and quite efficiently too. I was pleasantly surprised by how nice customer service was. the manager (Thanks Diana H.) apologized for how the items showed up and assured me that’s definitely not the level of quality the strive for. I told the manager the same thing i’m writing now- was originally disappointed but after their nice response and promptness to take care of the situation, I would actually totally order from them again. Trusty site.

I usually don't leave reviews (good or bad) but I had a unique scenario come up with an order I placed on a backordered item and Diana Harris went above and beyond to assist. She made a potentially difficult accommodation seamless and kept me updated along the way. Just felt like she deserved to be acknowledged for her efforts as a great reflection on the Scout and Nimble team.

The Customer Care from Hanna Carter was awesome! I was struggling to choose lamps for my updated living room. Reached out to Scout & Nimble and was so fortunate to have Hanna return my email request for recommendations. Hanna asked all the right questions and I just felt I was in good hands with her. Sure enough, I was and selected lamps based on her recommendations/options. Hanna offered an enormous value-add service and I very much appreciated it/her.
