Fantastic response time and follow through when emailed about a specific product I had purchased.

really appreciate your amazing customer service and fast service.

Very responsive to emails and kept me updated on my backordered item.

Both the ladies I spoke with ( maybe Hannah and Diane? ) were polite, helpful and very personable! Best service anywhere!

Diana Harris is one of the best customer service reps I've come across. She actively reached out when one of my items arrived to the warehouse damaged, and took care of the replacement quickly and with ease. She then followed up with me after the delivery of my replacement, making sure everything went smoothly. It's hard to find good customer service reps today, and Diana is excellent.

Diana Harris did an excellent job getting to the root of our problem with swivel chairs. She was prompt, professional, and went out of her way to give me status updates and indicated she would continue to do so until I got my products. I have to say that with many ongoing home projects I have interacted with myriad customer service agents and I wish they could all do their job like Diana. She should be commended for her hard work!

The customer service, and especially design recommendations, that Hanna Carter provided for this purchase were exceptional. She has an imaginative sensibility that made it seem that she was actually in our home applying her keen aesthetic judgment based on our expressed preferences and design tastes. Excellent company representative and very engaging person.

Free shipping is very much appreciated. Website easy to place order.
