Hannah was very patient and answered all my questions. She also went the extra mile for me. I very much enjoyed talking with her.

Our new chair was broken by someone sitting in it after a couple months. It wasn't a totally obvious manufacturing defect since the person was a little "larger", but I sent in pictures and man...it was a symphony of people culminating in Diana, the customer service manager coordinating the manufacture and shipping, moving mountains to get our product to us before Xmas. Her communication was nothing short of incredible. She got it on order for us, gave me an update of shipping times, gave me options of how to have it shipped, updated me when there were delays and followed up with me after delivery. I own three different businesses. I am psychotic when it comes to service and experience being number one. Diana and the Scout and Nimble impressed a guy who is really hard to impress and I am so thankful.

Great service, quick response. I had a challenge with my order and reached out. I got an immediate response and the issue was resolved in a few mins.

I’ve slowly been furnishing my entire house and always come back to Scout & nimble when I need something new. Their customer service team is beyond wonderful and it just feels really good to support a business that is on your side and will do whatever they can to make Their customers happy. Diana has been so good to me one more than one occasion!

Diana and Paige take your customer service to new levels! I have had so many poor experiences with other retailers, so the level of effort, caring, and promptness demonstrated by Diana and Paige really took me by surprise. SN products are not cheap, but when you pair them with the best customer service I have ever experienced, the cost becomes well worth every penny. These two employees are a credit to SN and the reason I will be recommending SN to everyone I know. Well done!

Hanna is an incredible asset to your business. I was most hesitant to purchase a faux tree for $1,000 so soon after Christmas. Each time I asked a question that required research on her part, she responded within 18 hours. She is efficient, has impeccable social-emotional skills and with her guidance and expertise, helped me through the process. I will only work with her in the future! I bet she's cute too! Carolyn

Everybody has experienced supply chain issues delaying delivery, so we were delighted when our credenza finally arrived. It was well packaged, complete, easy to assemble and undamaged, ...exactly as described on the site. However, within a few weeks of assembly, one of the doors began to warp. When we notified Scout & Nimble, they responded immediately and contacted the manufacturer. Scout & Nimble "pulled out the stops" to resolve the issue. Within days the problem was fixed to our complete satisfaction. Impressive.
