I ordered a large metal cabinet, and it arrived damaged (reason I took off one star). Haley, in the claims department was wonderful to work with, and she acted quickly to get things taken care of, and was able to get me a discount on the item. Overall I am very happy with the experience and customer Service that Scout & Nimble provided

I am writing in regards to order #SN56859492, particularly the "vintage" water jar. I doubt very much it is truly vintage and do not know why you'd try to pass it off as such. It was shipped from Legend Accents of Asia! So disappointed that I paid so much money for this piece. And I have another one coming! Argh! I am not going to go through the hassle of returns but I will also not be placing anymore orders with Scout and Nimble. Update: After working with the team at Scout and Nimble I am adjusting my review. There are many, many websites out there that use the term "vintage" so if this is important to you I'd suggest you verify before ordering. In the end these vases are super cute in my home and I am pleased overall.

It would help if your products had more in-depth descriptions Example- when purchasing art clearly articulate if there’s a frame included and what is it’s material: wood, metal, aluminum

The on line system would not honor the discount I was given. So I had to call. My first call I was put on hold for about 4 minutes. Then I was told to send an email and I was told goodbye. So I wrote an email. Then I decided to call back and this time the call was answered. The assistant gave me the discount.

I would like to know the expected delivery date at the time of order. Other than that so far seems fine. A bit early to ask for reviews since I have not received the product & do not know delivery and packaging. Both are big in rating online services. Your website is very user friendly.
