I received my items quickly and they were as described on the website. Ultimately, though, they didn't fit the design for my project. When I went to return, there were too many hoops to jump through. I first had to call to inquire about how to make a return because there were limited details on their site. The associate I spoke to said she would first have to check to see whether the items could be returned as many could not (??). Luckiily mine could; however, the associate then told I would need to email their customer support (she couldn't start the process over the phone.) Then she shared that I could receive a full refund if I wanted it in the form of store credit, but if I wasn't interested in store credit, I would have to pay shipping (both their cost and my cost to ship back which amounted to over $100 for two small pendant lights) for the items. When I shared this felt like a lot of hoops to jump through, the associate interrupted me and told me all of this was in writing in their policies. I'll be shopping elsewhere in the future.

The painting looks fine however the pink color is not as light as it looks online, in fact the pink feels like it has some orange in it almost (not as orange as the burnt orange but definitely not a light pink, almost a peach color. Bummer as I was really looking forward to a happy bit of pink and that's not quite it so just FYI.

My other orders are not listed in my account and it's frustrating to not know where And when my order will arrive Please fix this !

It's 5 weeks later and my order still hasnt even reached the fulfillment center which was estimated to take 1-4 weeks. I've checked in with customer service and each time there's been very little interest in helping -- basically saying it's out of their hands and to keep waiting. At this point, I've given up and will not be ordering via this vendor again.

Delivery experience was terrible. No communication. Delays. And then a damaged product once assembled.

Ordered items and have been waiting over almost 1 month fter charging my credit card with no explanation or delivery date. Not happy.

I ordered a table on-line, which did not show as back ordered at the time the order was placed and I received a confirmatory email stating my order was placed. As expected, my credit card was authorized (but not charged) for the purchase price. Six days later, I check my S&N account and I see the item is on backorder, and the authorization on my CC has been removed. I never received an email stating the item was on backorder I call their 24/7 customer service # twice, in the evening and during work hours. Both times it was an answering service. I leave a message requesting a call back. Instead of a call back, I get an email. Company rep claims she can't see my screen but the manufacturer has four of the items in stock so it is not backordered. Can't explain why my account shows a back order. I now have an email confirming the order has been cancelled, but my account has been updated to show the order has been placed, so who knows. Some thoughts 1. Calling an answering service 24/7 customer service is dishonest 2. Customer service not being able to see what my account shows doesn't make sense 3. Failure to notify by email when status is changed in customer account is sloppy at best and dishonest at worst.

We ordered two expensive Hooker accent cabinets and did not receive them for almost 2 months.
