I am exceptionally pleased with my purchase. The item is beautiful and looks wonderful with my home decor. I had a part that was not delivered with my purchase, but after communicating with Diana, Customer Care, she made sure that the part was shipped out immediately. THANK YOU - Satisfied Customer.

Hayley went over & above to research a product I was looking for. I had purchased an item at a nearby store & was looking for the exact same to match. She fielded numerous questions, pics, sku # & patience to ensure I was selecting the exact item I was looking for. Great customer service

Exceptional product & service! Being unfamiliar with Scout & Nimble, I was apprehensive buying furniture. The purchase was incredibly simple on their site and I received the order in only 13 days! It arrived so soon, I asked to change the delivery site and received it 2 hours from the time customer service called. Super impressed with the personalized service and care from both the delivery company, Hot Shot Delivery in Phoenix, and Scout & Nimble customer service. Love my purchase and highly recommend!

Wonderful customer service! Literally can not get any better! Above and beyond is hard to find these days. Diana/Diane (drawing a complete blank right now - mom brain) was a pleasure to work with.

Great experience all around. Placed an order on 5/23, and the item was delivered in perfect condition on 6/6. This piece appeared to be on back order everywhere else, but Scout & Nimble had it in stock and on sale. I contacted them over email before ordering to confirm that it's available. I was a bit sceptical when I placed my order as I was still recovering from a really bad shopping experience with another seller trying to buy this same item. However, Scout & Nimble pleasantly surprised me.
