I ordered a beautiful mirror, but it arrived cracked. I was so bummed, as it was on back order. I immediately filed a claim online and received a reply back from Hayley. Within days, I received a replacement mirror, in perfect condition. I am very pleased with Scout & Nimble's service and especially the professionalism from Hayley.

I bought a gorgeous lamp from Scout & Nimble which unfortunately arrived slightly damaged. I contacted Hayley at Customer Care, she immediately reassured me, saying she would send a replacement asap. I had my new lamp within a few days.
