As for the delivery and assembly, all dining tables are shipped with the table top and bases separate to avoid damage in transit. The Free Shipping option that you chose during checkout, includes standard threshold delivery which is outlined in the shipping options in the checkout process. In order to have your table assembled, you would have needed to upgrade to the White Glove Delivery option provided to you at checkout. I do apologize if there was any confusion about that option during the checkout process. Hello Brian, I have looked into your order for you. I do apologize that you had to experience multiple freight damages on your order. We utilize freight carriers that specialize in furniture deliveries, but there are rare cases such as this that truly are just out of our control. As you have experienced though, we do always send replacements as we want you to be satisfied with your order. As for the paint you received, that was shipped directly from the manufacturer and it is the matching touch up paint for your item. I see that it was ordered and suppose to be shipped directly to the furniture medic to come out and do the repair, but it seems that they shipped it to you instead. I am am sorry for that mix up and thank you for making us aware that you received it. We are going to contact the furniture medic today and have them schedule a time with you to come out and do the repair. Again, I do apologize for the continued issues that you've experienced on your order.
