AVOID THIS SHAM SITE ! ! ! ! ! Their site pretends to have a NEW products in stock and give the impression they are ready to ship Once you order you find you have been duped. They have nothing, and you should expect 4-12 weeks (UNLIMITED time for them actually) before they get your items in and reship them to you. If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would. This company is obviously a scam outfit DO NOT SEND THEM ANY MONEY! I purchased a good amount of silver and went to pay for the transaction, after deciding I didn’t want to pay the high credit card fees, I decided to do an e-check (which was supposedly an option) after committing to pay, I get to the payment screen, and the only option is to pay by wire transfer, also you have to put a 5% payment on credit card, which is another expense, because they charge a 3% fee for that, god forbid they eat any expenses for owning a business. I then proceed to bank to do the wire transfer, and this is where the scam begins. The bank had a problem with the phone number to Scottsdale, and needed to contact them before they could do the wire, I called and left messages twice, and the bank did twice as well, they never answered the phone, nor have they returned my calls. You have 48 hours to complete the transaction, or your deposit is lost. They blatantly ignored my calls so the 48 hours would be exceeded, my hands were tied because the bank wouldn’t send the wire, which was actually a blessing. I’ve since cancelled my debit card, and put a stop payment on the transaction, and also will be filing a dispute. They also wasted 3 hours of my busy day, along with an embarrassing situation at my bank. Save yourself the headache that I dealt with, and go with a local dealer, or someone extremely reliable and trustworthy, this place is definitely VERY SHADY. Sorry for the long explanation, but I think it’s worth hearing all my troubles with this place

Don't order from these people it's been 6 weeks, and I don't have my order......No customer service, mail box is full, no personnel to speak too. They play games, cash the check immediately, and don't care, again, it's been 6 weeks, and I emailed them no response......Order somewhere else like SD Buillon, JM Buillon, or Apmes.....Scottsdale are scammers!

Radio silence. Order placed on Jan 31st 2021, paid via credit card. No word yet. Order in "Processing" status as of March 29th, 2021. Now, I really appreciate APMEX's speed (they typically ship it within 1-2 days).

Placed an order on February 5th. Their website stated ACH clears in 10 days (a bit excessive), although it was almost immediate from my bank. On the 18th of Feb, received email my payment cleared. It is now the 24th of March and still nothing. Status on website says "Processing". Rip Off alert!
